At A Christmas To Remember, our goal is to create a safe, fun, and magical holiday experience for every family who visits. Please review the guidelines below before attending.

Ticketing & Entry

 

  • Tickets must be purchased online or at the gate.

  • Please keep your ticket available for scanning.

  • Follow all traffic patterns, signs, and event staff directions.

  • Please be patient and respectful while entering and exiting the event.

 

Safety & Respect

 

  • No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are allowed.

  • Please respect other guests, vendors, staff, and event displays.

  • Do not touch, move, climb on, or damage any lights, decorations, props, or displays.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Pets are only allowed if permitted by event policy or if they are service animals

 

Parking & Event Flow

 

  • Follow all parking and traffic directions from event staff.

  • Drive slowly and safely while on event property.

  • Park only in designated areas.

  • Be aware of pedestrians, families, children, and event workers at all times.

 

Photography & Sharing

 

  • Personal photography is encouraged.

  • We love seeing your family memories, so please tag A Christmas To Remember when sharing photos online.

  • Commercial photography, drone use, or professional video shoots require prior approval from event staff.

Vendor Guidelines

Vendors are an important part of the ACTR experience. We want guests to enjoy a festive, clean, safe, and welcoming vendor area.

Attendance & Setup

  • Vendors must attend all scheduled dates they are approved for.

  • Setup must be completed before gates open.

  • Teardown may only begin after closing unless approved by event staff.

  • Vendors must keep their booth space clean, organized, and safe at all times.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, displays, lighting, and supplies unless otherwise stated.

Permits & Compliance

  • Food vendors must have all required health department permits, licenses, and insurance.

  • Vendors must follow all local, state, and event safety requirements.

  • Electrical needs must be approved by event staff before setup.

  • Generators, extension cords, and power equipment must be approved and used safely.

Sales & Conduct

  • Only approved products may be sold.

  • No counterfeit, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate items may be sold.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own payments, cash handling, and sales tax requirements.

  • Vendors must treat guests, staff, and other vendors with kindness and professionalism.

Cancellations

  • Vendors who cannot attend must notify event staff as soon as possible.

  • Failure to attend without notice may result in loss of vendor fees and future participation.

Partnership Guidelines

Sponsors and partners help make A Christmas To Remember possible. To ensure the best experience and visibility, sponsors must follow all event requirements and deadlines.

Logo & Advertising Materials

  • Sponsors must provide a high-resolution logo by the deadline given by event staff.

  • Any banners, signs, or promotional materials must be approved before use.

  • Sponsor materials must be family-friendly and match the holiday theme of the event.

Activation & Engagement

  • Sponsors with on-site booths or activations must staff their area during approved event hours.

  • Sponsor activities must be safe, family-friendly, and appropriate for all ages.

  • All sponsor displays must remain clean, professional, and well-maintained.

Payment & Deliverables

  • Sponsorship payments must be made by the deadline listed in the sponsorship agreement.

  • Sponsors must provide any required materials, displays, decorated items, or deliverables by the agreed deadline.

  • Late materials may not be included in printed or digital marketing.

Conduct

  • Sponsors and partners must follow all event staff instructions.

  • Alcohol, offensive displays, unsafe activities, or inappropriate conduct are not allowed.

  • ACTR reserves the right to remove any display, vendor, sponsor, or activity that does not align with the event’s family-friendly mission.
